In the recent years I have been concentrating on drawings of human expression, staying closely related to personal experience.
I give special attention to individual figure trying to capture a moment, a presence, state of being.
I am not interested so much in physical likeness as in psychological or more specific, emotional exploration.
I use drawing since it gives me freedom to quickly capture an idea; it allows possibility of immediate response to the moment.


Dans les dernières années, je me suis concentré sur les dessins d’expression humaine, en restant de près rattaché à l’expérience personnelle.
Je prête une attention spéciale à la figure individuelle, essayant de capturer un moment, une présence, un état d’être.
Je m’intéresse au langage du corps, à la communication émotionnelle d’un geste.
J’emploie le dessin puisqu’il me donne la liberté de capturer rapidement une idée, permet la possibilité d’une réponse immédiate au moment.
